One of the two large bones that make up the structure of the forearm is the ulna. This bone is located opposite the thumb. The ulnar nerve runs near this bone and is the largest nerve in the body that is unprotected by bone or muscle. Unfortunately, this often results in injury and inflammation and causes ulnar-sided pain in the wrist. Ulnar-sided pain can also be a result of wrist fractures, ulnar impaction syndrome, and other injuries that directly impact the ulna. Recovery times from these situations can take time and interfere with daily activities.

The Bullseye Brace Wrist Band comfortably slips over the hand and secures with Velcro on the wrist. The Velcro allows the user to control the amount of pressure applied to the wrist. The non-elastic counterforce strap helps to avoid having a tourniquet effect on the wrist. A silicone ring sits around the ulnar head to support the distal radioulnar joint, all while allowing natural movement.

The band is made of a wicking performance material that draws perspiration away from the skin to prevent rubbing and chaffing on the skin. The bands antimicrobial properties prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and keeps the band fresh between cleanings.
