The Body Sport Wobble Board improves the proprioceptive senses, which is connected to balance. Suitable for all skill levels, the balance board can be used from beginner to expert skill level. The balance helps rehabilitate ankle, lower leg, upper limbs, shoulder, and knee injuries.
The Body Sport Wobble Board is 16" in diameter and has a 300 lb. weight limit. The angle of deflection is 20 degrees.
Body Sport Wobble Board Exercises:
- Improve ankle range of motion by sitting in a chair and placing feet on Body Sport Wobble Board to rotate ankle in each direction.
- Stand on the Body Sport Wobble Board, rocking the board forward and backward and side to side.
- Stand on the board and rotate so the edges touch the floor.
- Balance, standing up on the board while rotating without allowing the edges to touch the floor.
- Stand up on the board while performing small knee bends.
- Hold hounds out front while balancing standing up on the board.
- Balance standing up on the board while rebounding a ball off the wall.
- Balance standing on one leg.
