Step 1: Center BetterBinder Place the label in the center of the back. Move BetterBinder up or down to cover the area in need of support. | |
Step 2: Slide the top left arm through the slit on the right arm. Repeat by sliding the right bottom arm through the slit in the left arm. | |
Step 3: Pull left and right arms at the SAME TIME. Pull strongly for stabilization, gently for wound support and for help after childbirth. | |
Step 4: Hold the tension on while you fasten the ends down. |
Additional Tips:
In general, a size small will fit a small man or a small woman. Medium fits a medium sized man or woman. Large: a large man or woman. Extra Large for a man or woman is very roomy.
When Adjusting the Tension:
• Pull "arms" gently for wound support.
• Pull "arms" firmly to stabilize the spine and pelvis
The right tension will do what you need it to do… comfortably.
BetterBinder can be worn over clothing or over underwear (but not directly on a wound). BetterBinder's latex-free elastic is soft but strong with perfect stretch. Edges won't cut in or fold over.
