Well made, very dense foam that holds up nicely. Coverings can be zipped together or unzipped for wider spacing. I purchased the wider cushions - they give the user a little more space, however they were too wide for our couch. Highly recommended.

I could not have slept without this after my double mastectomy! I was comfortable and able to get in and out of bed by myself. I didnt use it all most of the time but I did use it and would fully recommend this for anyone in my situation!
