Amrex MS324 Stimulator Units

The Amrex MS324A and MS324AB Stimulator Units are designed to provide low volt AC muscle stimulation. The dual-channeled stimulators have four pads and can be set to pulsation, tetanize, surge, or reciprocal output, and all pulsation and surge rates are adjustable to best suit the individual patient™s treatment requirements. The stimulators can be used singularly or in conjunction with other stimulation devices for combination therapies.

These stimulator units are equipped with an adjustable timer that can be set for up to 30 minutes, at the end of which the device will power off automatically, preventing accidental overtreatment. The intensity reset circuit also prevents practitioners from accidentally applying a previous patient™s output settings to another patient.

The stimulators feature a treatment stop switch that allows patients to discontinue the stimulator output with the press of a button. This feature often serves to calm anxious patients by giving them a modicum of control over the treatment process and allowing them a way to stop the treatment should they have any discomfort or in case of an emergency.

The Amrex MS324A and MS324AB Stimulator Units are designed to be lightweight and compact so the device can be taken wherever the patient may need it. The MS324AB unit is AC powered, but also has an internal, rechargeable battery for situations where AC power is unavailable or inaccessible, ensuring that treatment is available when patients need it.
