Brian E. Prell, PT, MS, RRT

Brian Prell is the owner of Rehabilitation and Performance Center in Greensboro, GA where he has developed manual therapy practice for peripheral joint and spine care and collaborated with an audiologist to develop a vestibular and non-vestibular balance clinic. He's also collaborated with a cardiologist as the only practice in the state of Georgia to offer the Dean Ornish Lifestyle Medicine Program for reversing heart disease.

In 2009 Brian opened his practice with the intent that it would be patient-centric and focused on evidence-based medicine. He's been able to grow his business by providing one-on-one care, engaging with patients, and providing an environment which allows staff to develop relationships with the people in the communities in which they practice.

His success has come through his passion for providing patient care through an unbelievable one-on-one experience with personal engagement and an individualized care plan.

Each patient in Brian's practice receives an individually designed treatment plan, not a protocol-driven plan. Why? Not all problems/injuries have the same cause of onset. Whether being seen for an orthopedic issue, balance/dizziness problems, or a neurologic deficit, patients should not all have the same treatment plan. It should be designed for each person’s individual needs. No exceptions.

When Brian's not treating patients at his practice, he's enjoying the peace and quiet at his Lake Oconee home with his wife.
