R82 Toucan Pediatric Standing Frame

The Toucan Pediatric Standing Frame by R82 is a functional, safe, and comfortable standing aid for children and young adults under the weight of 154-pounds. This prone position only stander has a center bar that can angularly adjust for the desired tilt of your child. There is a handle with a lock for setting the center bar to the desired angle.

The four caster wheels have secure locks so this stander can be placed in a kitchen or classroom and not disrupt others with unintentional rolling. The caster wheels ensure 360-degree mobility even in the smallest of classrooms, rehabilitation clinics, occupational therapists, or homes. In order to allow the addition of accessories later on during use, there are slots manufactured in the frame's center bar for mounting knee, chest, or hip cushions when applicable.

There are chest supports that appropriately match all of the sizes available. Hip supports with a variety of conforming styles all include a safety strap. The knee supports also include safety straps and is designed to prevent abduction and promote proper posture.

Optional add-ons are available in forms such as a basic footplate. The footplate can be customized with sandal straps, simple heel stoppers, or full shoe holders. There are headrests with dynamic features and covers. A heavy-duty activity tray is available with or without a bowl and a full covering flat top. Armrests and grip handles can only be added if paired with a tray. Additional straps and cushions for the knee, foot, and body support pads are individually available.
