The JennSwing is a very nice product. BUT, I have had nothing but problems trying to get your staff to locate or send me the Rainy Day door bar from my fist order. It was said to have been re-shipped, but still never received. So, at this point Im not a happy person with your Company and your CSRs!

My son loves the swing. Its completely supportive to his entire body. I use additional supports like pillows and towels for his comfort because it is hard plastic. My only complaint is that is did not come with basic installation instructions. Just a piece of paper telling you to refer to the online instructions.
