Saves Space
A wall-hugger mechanism allows the Champion Ascent II Medical Recliner and Transporter to fully recline through all positions and not touch the wall. This feature saves space and saves the wall from scuffs and damage.

Infinite Recline Positions
The Champion Ascent II Medical Recliner and Transporter can be moved into a wide variety of positions that allows for frequent repositioning in order to prevent and help heal pressure ulcers. To extend the legrest out, patients can pull up on a release actuator located below the geri chair's armrest. The TV position can be achieved with the legrest extended and the seat back in an upright position. Patients can then lean back or pull back on the arms to recline. When the chair reclines, the patient's weight remains centered over the chair for stability.

Fold-Away Side Table
The Champion Ascent II Medical Recliner and Transporter includes a fold-away side table on your choice of the left or right side. There is also an option for adding a fold-away side table to both sides of the chair. This convenient feature makes it possible to hold personal items, beverages, and meals. The table, which includes two locking hinges, secures in place with brackets that can be locked by pushing up on the thumb tab.

Easy Patient Transfer and Transport
Swing-away arms, a push handle, a retractable foot tray, and 4 in. twin wheel casters make the Champion Ascent II Medical Recliner and Transporter easy to maneuver patients throughout facilities during transport. The Swing-Away Arms also make it easy to transfer patients in and out of the chair easily.

Easy Cleaning and Maintenance
A quick-release seat and swing-away arms make it easy to thoroughly clean the Champion Ascent II Medical Recliner and Transporter. These two features help promote infection control.
